I have finalized the color combination that I wanted for bloggerhappy. Although, I’m not yet convinced the neon green on this blog’s theme should be final. I’m still looking for some other shades of this green. Maybe lighter. I’ll change it when I get the time again.

This might be surprising but I used 3 shades of purple on everydaychi. Not that I hate purple. I just think it’s not my color. But lately, I realized I am attracted to purple leather (read: love love the Coach bags), thus, the purple theme.

Geez, got nothing else to blog. Spent all my extra time creating the themes today. Hehehe.

Whew! After our long weekend (Sat to Tue), I still feel tired from all the happenings. Yesterday, I was able to shop for the grocery items while hubby renewed his license. I was able to buy the needed ingredients for the party, toiletries and browsed the counter for acne treatments. I finished ahead of him.

Believe it or not, while waiting for him, I was thinking of color combinations for my blogs. I wanted to change their look for the last time, I hope, because I read somewhere that it is advisable NOT to change themes. Geez, I think I’ve changed this blog’s theme for four times just this year. So I guess, I could change the look but stick with its colors. Wachathink?

I wanted to do the hanging tab that Tracy shared in one of her tutorials. Plus, I want to scrap with the freebies I have. This was what I finished.

After Mikee’s play class, we went to the mall. While hubby was having his hair cut, Mikee and I strolled around. I’ve blogged before that my daughter is very much into toy cars and balls. But she has some plush toys too. And today, we stopped by a toy store. I was waiting for her to point to a doll or the dollhouses. But again, she wanted to buy another Dora and Barney (which she has an original and a knock-off you can see below). Good thing she saw Blue.

Whenever I leave the house to report to the office, I’d tell Mikee that I’ll be back later at night. Although, she always ends up crying, I bid goodbye everytime.

I noticed though that lately, especially around lunchtime (my usual time of departure) she monitors my every move making sure I don’t leave. Geez, she reminds me so much of my mom! So strict!

Anyway, remember that out-of-town wedding we are planning to attend to on the 24th? We were able to get good travel deals recommended by our other friends. Now, we are requested to bring dark glasses/shades too for the picture-taking. Attending this wedding has become so expensive! LOL

Whew! Finally, I have found a perfect pair of shoes for my formal dress. We were also able to buy Mikee a formal dress and shoes. Her dress doesn’t really have the same cut and fabric as my dress but they are complementary. You see, my dress is dark brown, hubby’s tie (since he’s part of the entourage, he has to follow the motif) is green and Mikee’s dress is pistachio green. So, like our friend Maniya said, the clothes are all in the “organic” hues.

I wonder what things-to-do I might have forgotten. I had my hair treated and hubby’s suit is ready for pick-up. We’ll have the car repaired after this wedding party. We have brought it to the casa for its estimate. Good thing for online car insurance, cost will mostly be shouldered by the insurance company.

I guess we’re all set. Wait, I need a bag! Geez!
