Do you ever noticed that when people discover that you’re working in an IT company, they assume you know everything about computers and servers? Honestly sometimes I can get away with it especially since most languages have almost similar syntax. But when it comes to hardware, all I know is how to code firmware but as to how to fix the hardware, I have no idea. But sometimes, even software-related, I couldn’t be of any help.

Like when someone asked for my help on hosted team foundation server, I was clueless. All I know is that it is used to manage Visual Studio projects. I tried taking pictures of hubby during our Christmas party. Not wanting to be in pictures, he kept on moving whenever I take his pictures knowing that the image would be blurred. But then, his team mate offered to take a picture of us.

I used to not believe in liposuction. I used to think the fats will come back anyway so it would be a waste of time and money. But lately, I’ve seen people who have gone under the knife. And till now, they haven’t gain the extra weight back. I’d say it was worth the money and pain. I guess, the science of plastic surgery has come a long way.

Then I stumbled on the Denver Plastic Surgery site, which offers non-surgical and surgical facial rejuvenation, breast enhancement, and body shaping services. They offer DOT therapy exclusively. With the advancement of plastic surgery, being the shape and having the skin that you want is now a possibility.

Maybe I’m being sentimental; I’ve come up with definitions of the best people in our lives.

Husband/Wife – someone you love and lust and who you’ve resigned to being with for the rest of your life (without panicking)
Daughters/Sons – people you love so much that it’s starting to feel your heart’s going to explode
Siblings/brothers/sisters – people you love and hate at the same time
Parents/father/mother – people you grew up hating (and loving only in your subconscious) but whose approval is the fulfillment of your being
Friends – your non-genetically related siblings

I have tons of kits from the Black Friday sale, and now have a DSLR. Geez, I have ran out of excuse not to scrap!!!

I think most of my friends know that I’m an SSD fanatic, but lately I realized I like Lilypad’s Kate Hadfield too. So what do Lauren Grier and Kate Hadfield have in common? One word: doodles.

Anyway, I’m starting to like some of the Cinnamon Design stuff too. (Not all but the ones with doodles of course)

You can see that I’ve collected two types of scrap kits. First, the more paper-looking like the ones from Shabby Princess and Shabby Miss Jenn. And the second, the doodles.

I plan to scrap 2 layouts using the same pictures and template but different kits just to see which pleases me more. Geez, I should stop shopping and start scrapping. Discipline, discipline, discipline.

I’ve been planning to take pictures of the Christmas tree. And tonight, I tried to. Believe me, I had to take tons before I was satisfied. Well, honestly, I am still not. But I am too tired and too sleepy to try some more.

I don’t think I can still join the December Dailies Album. It’s 3rd day of the month and I haven’t scrapped a thing. All I did last night was choose the kit I’d like to use throughout the album. Come to think of it, I haven’t even decided what kit to use. I’ve just narrowed it down to three.

Geez, I’m off to flash the exit sign now. Half of the brain is asleep.

I tried to create a layout for the December album (which I originally thought was like a photo-a-day project). Quite expectedly, I can not come up of any layout design. Tsk, tsk.

Last night, we went to our friend’s house to talk about small business opportunities. They are opening a kebab restaurant around our area. It was like a taste test of one item on their menu. I tried both the pita and rice version of it. It was fun mainly because the food was unlimited. This couple is actually not yet married but just dating for quite a time now. And I think it’s good that they are trying to save up for their future.

So everyone talked about other possible business we could venture. I’d say it was a very productive night. With friends not just chatting about the latest gossip, but talked about important aspects of life.
