cheapskate

I have never met a person more fickle-minded than I am. For several weeks now, I’ve been wanting to buy this Canon wide lens. But hubby wouldn’t agree to buy it. So I kept researching about it to justify its cost and so I could convince hubby to a purchase.

At the course of two weeks, I have changed my lens preference 4 times! And by some stroke of luck, hubby did actually agree to buy us 1 prime lens! I thought to myself, a prime lens is better than no lens at all. So I had been checking the 50mm f1.4, the 35mm f2 and 85mm f1.8 reviews and sample photos online.

But when I actually went to Canon today, I changed my mind! As it turned out, I didn’t want to let go of the money that easy. I started questioning myself if it’s worth it. It even came to a point that I wondered why photos have so much importance in my life. :P

I am such a cheapskate!!! Tsk, tsk.

Oh well, I’ll just finish looking for affordable rv parks, and then I’ll hit the sack. I got too tired from all the rollercoaster feeling I had today.

Btw, the prices at Canon Megamall as of today, Feb 23, are as follows:
35mm f2 – P15000
50mm f1.4 – P18900
85mm f1.8 -P18500

And I noticed too that the shop has no test camera for customers to try the lens on. That’s a shame. It would have lured them to buy right? People can be much more passionate when they get a feel of it, you know. ;)

Hehe. I can totally relate. Just some weeks ago, I was *decided* daw to buy a new lens na. I even contacted a BIL who would have bought it for me. But days before the final day, I changed my mind. Haha!

Sige lang. :)
