It’s been a long time that we wanted to let go of the current nanny. Plus, I was told that Mikee’s previous nanny wanted to go back.

I couldn’t bring myself to fire the nanny. But then yesterday, she told me she will go back to the province and will leave on May 31st but will be back by June 15th. I told her I need a nanny for Mikee when she leaves because my daughter is attending school starting this June.

Viola! No need to fire her in a mean way. I have a very good excuse.

Actually, we want to fire her aunt too, who works as the household help. Since we hired these two, the garden is so full of dead leaves, patio furniture covers are all dusty and the entire house is just a mess. Whenever you see these two, they are either chatting (with each other or on their mobile) or staring blankly doing nothing.

Well, firing the help isn’t final yet. I’m just happy we can finally let go of the nanny.

I have previously blogged that I am looking for nice colorful (as in bright) tops for myself. I actually found one that was available in yellow and blue! But the sad news is, I looked like I’m trying too hard in it. Yes, trying hard to look thin.

I hope I’d find diet pills that work so I could go back to shopping for nice clothes again. I feel that my choices have become limited when I started gaining weight. I used to really love wearing racer-back tops but now I look like a boxer in them.

I still wear sleeveless or tube sometimes but I make sure I hide behind others whenever someone decides to take pictures. Honestly, I wanted to go back to being confident again… at all angles.

I am on a hunt these days for nice blouses (can be sleeveless) that can be paired with jeans or shorts that are plain and in color green, yellow, orange and red. These four blouses do not necessarily have to look alike. The green could be a shirt, yellow could be a sleeveless tank top and so on. That’s not the only requirement. I need to find a comfortable shirt for Mikee to complement each blouse. Not necessarily same color but just the same, bright. I think husband will not have a hard time looking for this.

So you may ask, what for? Secreeeeeet!

Mikee likes asking other people to draw for her. So everytime she gets the chance, she will ask you to draw a ball, sun or even Ariel as in the little mermaid. The most challenging of all was when she asked for a dinosaur.

I noticed too that she likes to draw and color using her green crayon. In fact, she wants no color other than green. And I always thought purple was her favorite color.

My sister who hardly knew any household chores emailed me and my mother to tell us that her hands are full of cuts from accidental bumps. She got them while cleaning the house.

She even cooks her own food now in her apartment. She told us she downloads recipes from the internet and tried them herself. She now knows more recipes than I do. Well, I just got less than ten.

I’m sure her husband would be happy when she gets back home.

I have been looking for multiple photo 2-page templates. I saw some freebies online but fell in love with templates that are sold over at LDD. Yes, the lefty and righty collections. Geez, I better save more so I could buy them.

I’d probably use the same templates on all my albums. With different kits and photos, viewers of the photobooks won’t notice the templates have been reused.

If only I have time to scrap. Tsk, tsk.
