Streeetch.

The last time I went to the gym was like 4 years ago, few months after giving birth to Mikee. I admit the only thing that entice me was the sauna, and that I can use my cute pair of Nike shoes.

And I just went to attend the free sessions e.g. aerobics, pilates and yoga. But I guess these weren’t enough. I think I stopped after less than 5 visits. My yogitoes in my cabinet can still pass as new.

These days, I dance around the house if I start to feel that my body needs some serious stretching. Gone are the days that I need to get out clubbing just to do some dancing.

Like last night, I was invited to a club but I declined. Geez, I’m old.

Owning my own business

Thanks for the post from Sylvester Campbell

Who would have thought I’d be at this point when I was 25? I have my own sports training facility and I’ve been really excited about finally getting things off the ground and taking in new clients. I think it’s important to note that when I was in high school I didn’t have any interest in sports at all – now here I am working on becoming a great member of this community by working with kids in the area to become better athletes? I love having the ability to make all the decisions for my little business, from the t1 internet to the type of marketing I do to the T-shirts I wear. I just love being the boss as a whole and I can imagine what it would be like if I was still trapped in a cubicle all day like I was before. I knew I had to get out there and I’m really thankful this is the I decided to go down. Who would’ve imagined I’d be a small business owner?
