found another freebie!

Yesterday, I was admiring an officemate’s shoes. I was surprised when she told me how cheap she got it. Then the other girls joined in the conversation and we ended up talking about the latest shoe we aspire. I had to leave the chitchat as my desire to buy a pair of Stuart Weitzman started to kick in again. I reminded myself that this is not a good time for me to buy one. Not yet as we have two out-of-town trips this quarter.

Anyway, back to digiscrapping. I found another nice free kit. Just click on the image below to go to her blog to get her freebie.

Enjoy! :)

sugarplums freebie

We’re checking some montego bay vacation packages for next summer when I suddenly remember we should book our hotel for our trip next month! Totally forgot about it!

~
Yay! I found a nice and very cute freebie! The kit actually reminds me of one Christmas-themed kit from Zoe Pearn of SSD. Click the image below to go to the download links.

free halloween buttons

Like me, you probably had been so busy with your children’s trick or treat costume and itinerary. Well, aside from being busy looking for the best priced receipt printer, that is! Anyway, I know moms were all busy snapping for photos while their kids paraded collecting treats.

So I started looking for Halloween freebies online, and found these cute buttons. Hmm, I wonder if I can migrate them to my Facebook flair buttons. They’re so cute!

found an early Christmas QP freebie

Yes, you are not the only one who’s a bit surprised that there’s a Christmas QP freebie as early as now. I am surprised too but more than that, I am glad to have stumbled on this nice freebie.

Click on the image below to visit Kim’s blog.

Since we’re starting to feel like Christmas, maybe I can start listing down some of my wishes and maybe, just maybe, the husband decides to buy me an exercise equipment that I fancy. Who knows? I could get lucky this year.

Let’s get scrappin!

For those of you (who like me) had been on a scrapping hiatus for such a long time, here’s some good news!

But if you’re swamped with other million things, you can choose to download those beautiful multi photo templates that Manda girl is giving away for free.

No more excuse huh?

Update on the diet. I still haven’t bought any top weight loss pills. But I was able to moderate my food intake today. (Insert a mini applause here)

I only ate two pieces of small bread (pan de sal), 4 pieces of siomai and a small can of tuna. That’s for the entire day. I was able to restrain from drinking cola. Of course, I had my daily cup of coffee, but I didn’t intend to cut that off anyway.

Gee, I have psyched myself into this diet! I just wish I could manage to continue to do so until my arms gets back to its pre-baby shape.

templates {freebie} galore

Do you want amazing templates? Traci Reed, in celebration of her 25th (she’s young!) birthday, is giving them away for free!!!

Keep visiting her team blog. Remember, she’s giving away freebies in 5 days! :D

travel/vacation scrapbooks

I have been looking for online travel photography tutorials when I stumbled on this nice scrap your travel & vacation tutorial here. If I’m lucky to be able to take nice travel photos, then it would be just right if I scrap them too. :D

Oh, they are actually for paper scrapping, but of course, we could always take a tip or two. Well, in my opinion, the tutorial sample/freebie gives an idea on how one would organize the photos and pages to tell about the family vacation/trip. PLUS, there are 4 sample sketches.

I love that it teaches simple pages like using one color of cardstock all through out the pages. Hmm, I’m starting to get motivated to get back to paper scrapping. My scrapbook materials are starting to accumulate dust now, I might have mesothelioma if I try to disturb the shelf.

There are other freebies/sample classes. I’ll try to work on this freebie first. And when I’m ready, I might actually enrol to the actual (archived) class.

free distressed alpha

Sometimes, when I’m scrapping, it disappoints me to find out that the kit that I’m using has no matching alphas. I’m one of those people who are too afraid to mix and match kits so I always depend on the kits put together by the designers.

Anyway, it’s just nice that some alphas are being sold separately. What’s nicer are the free ones!

Here’s something from Misty Cato:

Nice huh? :D

not-so-picky eater

I wanted to do the hanging tab that Tracy shared in one of her tutorials. Plus, I want to scrap with the freebies I have. This was what I finished.

Journaling:
Like other kids, you love spaghetti and chicken so much.
You were just happy to see them served on the birthday party you attended.
You can’t help but exclaimed, “Yummy!”

Thanks for looking! :D

amazed

I sort of challenged myself to create a layout using a free kit. I wanted to use the free kit alone not using anything from my other kits (free or not). I used the recently downloaded Wild Weekend Kit from Peppermint Creative.

Thanks to a little pep talk with Aggie (plus for telling me about Becky’s page maps), I was able to scrap again.

Found a nice freebie to go along with one of BG’s recent pictures.

Btw, while searching for freebies for the layout. I stumbled upon a nice free quick page for a boy. I know how hard it is to look for freebies, much more that are intended for boys. (Good thing there’s so much for little girls like BG) So I thought of posting the link here.

yes this is a scrapblog

I know, I know. This is a scrapblog, naturally, I need to scrap. A bit busy the past 3 weeks. But we’ll get there. ;)

For now, let me share a layout of mine that you probably seen.
But I’m sharing anyway.
